Under the direction of the Lead Pastor, initiates and lead programs, plans, strategies and tactics to advance ministry goals and church position. This person will supervise the Leadership Team members (divisional ministry and business directors) and provide
oversight for business operations, ministry direction and implementation of the vision and strategic approach to ministry development. They will assume leadership dutties in the place of the Lead Pastor.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in an appropraite job-related curriculum (Master's Degree or additional spiritual-based training is highly desirable) and 5 to 8 years of experience serving at a leadership level within a church of
over 1,500 attendees and a staff of at least 20 persons.
