Job Description:

Principal Function


The Church Administrator will strategically manage the financial sphere of our mission in Long Beach and the world. This person will function as the Chief Financial Officer of the church and will be responsible for administration of the church’s finances and facilities, as well as all personnel and processes related to this. This person will also seek to develop and facilitate the release of greater generosity for greater kingdom impact.


Essential Responsibilities


1.       Assist the staff team to accomplish the stated mission, ends and strategy

2.       Manage the financial operations of the church

3.       Develop greater stewardship for greater kingdom impact

4.       Manage church facilities and leases

5.       Oversee Human Resources, payroll and IT


Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience commensurate with the scope of the position.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Church Administrator designation from the National Association of Church Business Administration a plus.
