Christ Community Church of Milpitas is seeking a person who is deeply committed to Jesus Christ and has strong gifts of leadership to help us minister to the families in our congregation and the greater community.  We are particularly looking for someone to help parents learn better how to disciple their children.  Because many of the families in our church and our community consist of foreign born parents with American born children, we especially are looking for someone motivated to help these families discover how Christ can help meet the challenges these families face. Above all, we are looking for someone who can provide leadership for multiple staff and 40+ volunteers.

Christ Community Church of Milpitas is a Christ-Centered, Bible-believing, Mission-minded church of approximately 1100 people.  Our vision is to be “Disciplemakers reaching out to the entire community for Christ.”  One of our core values is that we “unapologetically put kids first, equipping them as ministry partners”.  We are a multi-ethnic community united by our love for Jesus Christ.  We are known in our community for our focus on families, children and youth, as well as our heart for local and global mission.
