Worship Minister
Traders Point Christian Church, a large (current average attendance 5,000) and growing non-denominational church northwest of Indianapolis, has a mission to engage people with the love of God, inspire them to follow Jesus, and equip them to serve our world.  We are currently looking for an experienced Worship Minister who is a spiritually mature Christ-follower to join the staff of our Worship Department and serve under the leadership of our Worship Pastor (primary worship leader). This individual will provide a creative and inspiring worship experience as leader or co-leader a minimum of 36 weekends per year, including other important church-wide worship Experiences. Other responsibilities will include shepherding, recruiting, auditioning, and developing our volunteer worship teams and other shared tasks such as volunteer scheduling and equipment maintenance.
