Hill Country Bible Church
Job Description:

Austin, Texas with its diverse culture of 1.8M people is increasing daily by 110 new residents and needs a greater gospel witness to saturate the city with believers in Jesus Christ. The Association of Hill Country Churches, a movement begun by Hill Country Bible Church Austin now stands at 25 churches in Greater Austin who share a compelling vision to reach every man, woman and child with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ. Six of these Association churches are collaborating together to help launch a new church plant in the city of Austin.

The AHCC Collaborative Church Team is searching for a qualified church planter who has the calling, character, chemistry and competency to join the movement to reduce the lostness in this city. This position requires an initiator, someone who works cooperatively but innovatively in a church setting. The successful candidate will also be expected to be an implementer, someone who enjoys taking vision and values and translating them into leaders. This person should also be a shepherd who cares about the pastoring of God’s people into His mission and His church.
