Rolling Hills Community Church, an 11-year-old church nestled in the heart of Franklin, TN, is a people of God reaching out, growing up and giving all! Starting with just a handful of people in an apartment clubhouse, Rolling Hills now has an average Sunday attendance of 1,100, vibrant children and student ministries, a full-time mission presence in Moldova, South Africa and the Amazon through it’s mission arm JMI (, and is focused on “growing up” fully committed Christ followers.

Franklin, TN is considered to be one of the best cities the United States to live and raise a family.  In fact, Travel + Leisure Magazine ranked Franklin 8th best town in the nation in 2013.  Those things considered, it’s not surprising that Rolling Hills has an average age of 32 and is exploding with growth in the demographic of young families with children.


About The Position:

The Lead Pastor of Multiplication will serve on the Senior Leadership Team, providing leadership and direction to the Discipleship, Multi-Site and Internship strategies of RHCC.  The position will give direction to the Discipleship efforts of RHCC and lead the team that executes the plan. They will work with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor to further the ministry reach of RHCC through multi-site strategies, while serving as the staff champion, point leader, coach and mentor to our multi-site staff teams.  Establish an effective internship/ministry resident process to recruit young talent and develop those young leaders into the leaders of tomorrow.


The Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be an out of the box thinker and have a heart for the local church. They will have leadership gifting with execution bias, 5-10 years of large multi-site church experience, strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically and align resources toward accomplishing common vision. This person will be a mature Christ-follower with a solid understanding that ministry is something that happens in our wake as we follow passionately after Jesus.  This priority will allow this person to develop healthy teams and systems that reflect values of Rolling Hills Community Church.
