Parkview Christian Church is seeking a passionate Worship Leader for our original (and largest) campus. Most importantly, this person must possess the ability to lead worship experiences that create opportunities for people to connect meaningfully and intimately
with the heart of God. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient both vocally and instrumentally (and preferrably lead worship with guitar as their primary instrument). They will be expected to have proven team-building skills as well as administrative
aptitude. Additionally, candidates for this position should possess the demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers that are a part of our music teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in vocational church ministry and worship leadership, with a history of progressively increasing responsibilities in those environments. Flexibility, team-building, and problem-solving skills are essential. Formal
music education is preferred but not required.
Parkview Christian Church is a growing, multi-site church of more than 7,500. We’ve been included in Outreach Magazine’s annual lists of 100 Fastest Growing and Largest Churches In America for several years and there’s no doubt that God is doing something extraordinary
in our midst. More than just numeric growth, we’re seeing lives radically transformed. Parkview is a place where former gang leaders and business owners, ex-strippers and soccer moms alike are all excited about Jesus and involved in doing ministry.
This is a brand new role on our Worship & Creative Arts Ministriy staff team and was created because of our consistent and continuing growth. The Worship Leader will report to the Worship & Creative Arts Director and will be responsible for overseeing two
other staff positions (Vocal Director and Band Director).
Parkview Christian Church is committed to creating a diverse environment and welcomes all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, or economic status.
To begin the process, please send your resume (which MUST include links to samples of you leading worship) to our Worship & Creative Arts Ministry Executive Administrative Coordinator, Robin Toland (robin.toland

This is a full-time position which includes benefits as outlined in the Parkview Christian Church Employee Handbook.
