This full-time position is responsible for the distribution of the financial funds of LPC as directed by the Diaconate and/or the Session of LPC and oversees the administration of the church office. The Church Administrator will handle all bookkeeping for
the church; work as the centralized hub for communications for staff and committees; provide marketing oversight through printed, electronic, and social media; create and maintain a central policy manual; prepare statistical reports; inventory, log, and order
office supplies, office equipment & church property; maintain e-mail Prayer Updates, Ministry Updates, and Shut-In/Hospitalization listings in a professionally produced manner; perform background checks as requested by Church staff; maintain personnel records
in a highly confidential manner; and provide direct supervision to Administrative Assistant & Facilities Manager.
