Job Description:

Harvest Kids Weekend Programming Manager

Harvest Community Church (www.harvestccaz.org) is beginning a search for a Harvest Kids Weekend Programming Manager to serve on our growing team. Harvest began as a church plant in 2009 in Mesa, Arizona.  In the past five years Harvest has grown from a core team, led by Lead Pastor Lee Stephenson, to over 850 in weekly attendance. In June of 2012 Harvest moved from a portable ministry setting in a high school into our current facility on Ellsworth Road in southeast Mesa. The Harvest campus is strategically located within 2 miles of one of the prime corners of the entire East Valley, with a booming housing market, the fastest growing American commercial airport  and the future home of Grand Canyon University.

Our Harvest Kids ministry currently serves about 250 birth through 5th Graders each weekend, partnering parents and volunteers to inspire kids to CONNECT with Jesus, GROW in their faith, and GO share God’s love with others.

The Harvest Kids Weekend Programming Manager will work with the Harvest Kids Director to build and develop our Harvest Kids weekend volunteers, ensuring that each weekend service is staffed with engaged, prepared, and caring volunteers.
