Job Description:

Position: FT Student Ministries Pastor

Accountability: Report to the Lead Pastor.

Purpose: To provide pastoral leadership for all aspects of the ministry to students from seventh through twelfth grade. Support families in guiding their students to know, love, serve, share, and worship God in a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
General Responsibilities:
Participate as a member of the pastoral staff team of CrossRoads Church and be available to assist as opportunities arise.
Specific Responsibilities:
Pastoral - Provide pastoral and spiritual leadership to students (7th-12th grade) - includes preaching, teaching, mentoring and counseling.

Leadership - Recruit, lead, and coach a team of volunteer leaders. Oversee ongoing strategic development of the ministry.

Administration – Manage and coordinate the student ministry calendar, budget, equipment, supplies, and facilities.

Minimum - bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.

Minimum - 3 years FT youth ministry experience in a church of 250+.
