Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:  The Legacy Program Director manages all production details of the weekend worship services on the Legacy Campus.  The Program Director will proactively lead, equip, recruit and develop volunteers in the most efficient and strategic use of media and technologies for multiple venue experiences.  The Director is responsible for providing reliable, consistent and the highest quality multimedia execution as it relates to video, lighting, stage design, graphics and projection systems; and execute and direct the pre-production, rehearsal and live production of weekend experiences and special events.  The Program Director leads with grace, providing volunteers a steady voice of calmness and positive leadership.




  • Attend required Legacy Production Meetings
  • Record and Manage Production details in Planning Center
  • Creation of Pro Presenter playlist for all Legacy Worship
  • Coordinates Platform look and feel with Creative Director (Backgrounds, Stage pieces)
  • Oversight of Lighting Design and Programing
  • Functions as the Weekend Executive Director calling cues (CG, Cameras, Lights, Stage)
  • Manages the recruitment, training and development of new volunteers
  • Oversight of Production Team Volunteer scheduling
  • Attendance at all Chase Oaks monthly Staff meetings
  • Other duties as required



  • Technical Direction and Live Event Programing
  • Volunteer training on Technical Equipment and Hi-Def Cameras

  • Media Express Recording Software
  • Hitachi Hi-Def Cameras
  • High attention to detail


  • 2+ years of related experience in Live Event Programing
  • 2+ years of related experience with Volunteer Leadership/Development



  • Minimum High School Graduate, College degree preferred



  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook calendaring, and email
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data Entry skill & experience
  • Familiarity with Databases
  • Planning Center
