The Executive Director will serve as the primary liaison and advocate between the Senior Pastor,
Executive Teaching Pastor, the staff, and the congregation. This position is responsible for equipping, energizing and enabling the staff to plan, develop, execute and evaluate ministry strategies as they relate to the overall vision/mission of the church.
This position serves as a catalyst to inspire excellent teamwork, staff performance outcomes and an enthusiastic servant mindset. Candidates must demonstrate ability to develop, coach and train the staff, as well as be able to identify synergistic relationships
between staff and ministries at DRCC. Human capital planning and strategy development is a key responsibility of this position. This position is responsible for forecasting financials, including budgets and compensation for senior staff in concert with the
Director of Operations, the Human Capital Committee and the Financial Oversight Committee. The Executive Director will serve on the Board of Trustees, and two sub-teams of the Board - the Human Capital Committee (HCC) and the Financial Oversight Committee.
Spiritual gifts of Discernment, Wisdom, Leadership and Administration are a must. Bachelors degree and previous management of multiple employees and volunteers are required.
