Job Description:

The Late Childhood Ministry Leader will be responsible for the over all curriculum and spiritual development of children Kindergarten through 5th grade.  This includes creative large group programming (teaching, worship, games, tech, etc) and small group lesson planning for volunteer leaders to appropriately engage with their groups of children.  Competencies  in large group programming and curriculum management are necessary as well as the ability to recruit, cast vision, and shepherd volunteers to execute these ministry strategies.
