Essex Alliance Church is a multi-staffed, seeker-sensitive church of 2,000 outside Burlington, the largest city in Vermont. We are a contemporary church seeking a middle school pastor with gifts and skills in the areas of leadership, communication, and administration to lead and grow an existing

Middle School Ministry of 150 Students.


He or she must enjoy working in a dynamic team-environment. And will serve alongside an energetic high school ministry pastor, with paid and volunteer staff. Worship leading experience would be a plus and will be discussed during the interview process.


To lead this large outreach-oriented and relationship-based ministry, the applicant must be highly-charged and self-motivated.  He or she must love middle school students and demonstrate a past interest, large church experience, and motivation working with 6th-8th graders.
