Job Description:

Shenandoah Assembly of God is looking for a new Pastor to lead with vision and with ownership.  This church was founded in 1932 and has a strong tie to this community and the communities surrounding it.

 

Here at the Shenandoah Assembly of God we believe that mission's is a very important part of ministry.  Reaching people in our community with love and compassion.

 

Primary Roles of a Lead Pastor:

 

Vision along with leadership - The Lead Pastor will cast and communicate a clear vision; they will guide the church through important stages of organizational development and strategic planning.  This role will provide an opportunity to move the congregation into and through their next state of growth.

 

Shepherd the flock - The Lead Pastor will teach from the Word of God.  He is to have accountability with counseling others and love his flock like they are important.  To come along side of people and help theim in their time of need.
