Position:                     Creative Producer: 950 Campus

Position Summary

This temporary, full-time staff member is responsible for ensuring the quality of weekend service production.





  • Generate creative vision and implementation for the look and feel of worship services
  • Leading design for staging and lighting
  • Responsible to work weekends as Stage Manager, overseeing all technical aspects of the service are in place and well executed 
  • Work closely with the Video Production Generalist and Visual Media Specialist to ensure that stage layout enhances sermon shoots that are sent to other sites
  • Coordinate with Host Pastor, Teaching Pastor, and Worship Leader regarding weekend service elements including procurement of specific props or stage design elements
  • Responsible for filling all technical positions needed for weekend and holiday services with trained/qualified personnel
  • Recruit, train and lead technical and production volunteers and leaders
  • Consult with other site and venue teams on service production elements and staging




Position Qualifications

  • EDUCATION & SKILLS: Bachelor of Arts/Science in Communications or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of and experience in stage management
  • Must have experience with lighting, video, graphic and audio design
  • Ability to operate, maintain and act as an instructor for media/production equipment

Work Schedule

This temporary position is 40 hours per week and requires working Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays (Christmas/Easter).
