We are a well established church that is known through out our region with an average weekly attendance of over 1,500.  Our Sunday services included multiple venues that are casual, energetic, and intentionally programmed to welcome people into the presence of God through biblical teaching and worship. Position Profile:

Our next Director of Children's Ministry for the Avon Lake Campus is a kid's ministry connoisseur who loves staying up on the latest advancements in children's ministry programs, strategy and technology.  He/She thinks Orange and has a passion for seeing parents and their children grow together in their faith.   He/She frequents "Toys R Us" and knows how to play and laugh with children.


The Director of Children's Ministry at the Avon Lake Campus will lead team-oriented ministry to children that implements exciting and creative environments where kids join in the mission of leading people in the adventure of becoming like Christ. The Director of Children's Ministry is a gifted communicator who speaks "kid" with love and grace and has a heart for shepherding parents and equiping them to serve in the Childrens Ministry department. 


Our next Director of Children's Ministry is responsible for 1) effective recruiting, training, motivating, and developing teams of volunteers including systems development; 2) development and implementation of creative, exciting, and relevant children's ministry programs and environments; 3) translating the broader church mission into the language of our next generation; 4) providing a safe and secure environment where children are free to grow in loving God, loving people, and living surrendered; and 5) engaging and cooperating with a large church staff in the development and execution of an all-church mission.





This is a full-time position for the right candidate. Salary is established by qualifications and experience.
