CCI is looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and planning skills to fill the role of Church Administrator. This position will support the vision, mission, ministry, and core values of the church as he/she oversees the development and improvement
of overall church processes and procedures including maintenance of the church’s policies and procedures manual. The church administrator will assist the pastors with all church communications including the church website, newsletters, and publications.
This role will be responsible for working with other staff members in budget planning and monitoring including the auditing of church financial statements. Also included in the responsibilities will be the administration of the performance evaluation system
of the church staff. The church administrator will participate in weekly staff meetings and give general direction of the weekday operation of the church office. In addition, this person will meet on a regular basis with the church’s elder board to report
on overall status of church administration issues and concerns. This position requires strong communication and management skills and significant business experience in either the church or corporate environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in church administration. Proven experience in creative thinking and problem solving is required. This person must possess exceptional organizational skills as well as a passionate
heart for team ministry. The ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in a group setting is also essential.
