family.  In fact, Travel + Leisure Magazine ranked Franklin 8th best town in the nation in 2013.  Those things considered, it’s not surprising that Rolling Hills has an average age of 32 and is exploding with growth in the demographic of young families with children.


About The Position:

The Lead Pastor of Business Operations will serve on the Senior Leadership Team, providing leadership and direction to all business/operation strategies of RHCC.  The position will oversee all analysis, planning and forecasting activities relating to the ministries and operations of the church, including Justice & Mercy International.  Establish policies, processes and procedures to ensure that activities are appropriately tracked and analyzed to support fact-based financial and budget decision-making within the church.  Oversee church administration to include financial performance monitoring, accounting, budgeting, human resources management, facilities management, data and IT management.


The Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a strong business background and heart for the local church.  They will have leadership gifting with execution bias, 6-10 years of business management experience, strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically and align resources toward accomplishing common vision. This person will be a mature Christ-follower with a solid understanding that ministry is something that happens in our wake as we follow passionately after Jesus.  This priority will allow this person to develop healthy teams and systems that reflect values of Rolling Hills Community Church.
