Christ Church is currently seeking a full-time Kids’ Ministry Director responsible for leading a ministry that reaches and develops children ages birth through fifth grade so that they become more and more like Christ. Working together with the professional
and lay children’s ministry staff, this person will lead, promote and oversee the spiritual formation of children by winning others to Christ, teaching them to worship, discipling them to obey God’s Word, instilling in them a passion to serve the body and
community, and building meaningful and godly relationships among the children and parents. This individual will also be responsible to teach and assist parents in the development of biblical parenting skills so that families are being formed spiritually.
The Kids’ Ministry Director is expected to contribute to the team spirit of the staff through fellowship, encouragement, leadership, prayer, cooperation and participation.

children in large group, small group and one-on-one settings.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered.
