We are seeking candidates with a pastor’s heart and at least 3 years of ministry experience (preferably as a Children’s Pastor in programs with at least 50 children). We are also seeking someone who is willing to use a “team” approach by building into and
developing other leaders to minister to children. We are evaluating candidates through these lenses and in this order: character, passion / vision, gifting, ability and experience.
