Job Description:

Do you love inspiring teenagers to a deepening relationship with God?

Do you have a passion to lead them in worship?

Do you enjoy developing students' spiritual gifts in music and tech?

Do you have energy to create challenging and engaging services for teenagers?

 

This position is located on our North Shore Regional site and is responsible for leading, developing, and shepherding our middle school and high school students in worship and media technology.   It also includes leading worship, brainstorming creative service elements, and creating the overall look and feel of the media/set design for our services.  Additional responsibilities would include assisting in ministry events, leading a small group, & attending camps.  Experience with middle school or high school ministry as well as leading worship and basic knowledge of tech should apply.  Spiritual gifts of Leadership, Shepherding, & aspects of Creative Communication are preferred.
