Sugar Land Vineyard
Job Description:

Sugar Land Vineyard Church (a vibrant 20+ year old church in Southwest Houston, TX) is looking for a Director of Children's Ministry.  Pay is based upon experience with a minimum base of $40K.  This person is responsible for infants through 4th grade.  Currently there is an average of 131 children attending our weekly Sunday services.  We hope to see good growth in the next few years.  We have a membership of over 1300 or 500+ households.

Our applicants must have at least 5 years experience, and have skill with recruiting, directing, coaching, and motivating teachers, assistants, nursery care and supporting staff.  Consequently, leadership skills are also a must because we are not looking for a Sunday school teacher.

We would prefer that our candidates have a Masters in Children's Ministry, a BA in Primary Education or a degree from a Bible College, but passion and demonstrated skill and ability will weigh heavily in our hiring decision.

If you qualify as a team leader and are dynamic, energetic, and passionate about equipping children to minister to others, and to experience and share the love of God, then please send your resume to: jobopenings@slvineyare.org

In your cover letter please explain why you think we should consider you for this position.  To find out more about our church go to: slvineyard.org

Thank you for your interest.  Blessings!
