Grace Fellowship UMC
Job Description:

Grace Fellowship UMC in Katy, Texas, is called to be “A House of Prayer for All Nations” (Isaiah 56:7).  We are a healthy, contemporary church of 3000 people that is passionate about discipleship (house), seeking God’s presence (prayer), and outreach (nations).  Our youth ministry is entering into a new, exciting season of ministry.  We are shifting positions and adding onto an existing youth staff team to reach and disciple more students of Katy/West Houston for the cause of Christ and to reach the unreach nations of the world.  Currently, we are searching for a full time Associate Director of Senior High (Female).

Are you…

  • A person of high/above reproach character that reflects Christ to others?
  • Primarily a people-oriented leader but can still organize things with excellence?
  • A ministry person that has experience in and leans more towards missions, service, and outreach?
  • Someone who has seen God’s favor as you have invested in the lives of high schoolers?
  • Comfortable in multiplying yourself through volunteers knowing you can reach more students and bring more Kingdom impact that way?

If this describes you, we’d like to hear from you.  Please send your resume, a cover letter explaining what interests you about this role, and recent photo to Jeff Tillson (Lead Youth Pastor) at jtillson@whatisgrace.org
