Job Description:

Oversee audio in all departments of ALFC. This would include, preproduction, programming, routine maintenance of all equipment as well as personnel development and training within each department.

Main Worship Center:

  • Responsible for industry standard quality front house mixing.
  • Routine maintenance on the audio system.
  • Responsible for stage set up and tear down for each weekly service and special event. 
  • Oversee the housekeeping of stage area, as well as ensure that it is functional for every event.
  • Oversee proper stage design, including proper “mic-ing” of all vocals and instruments.
  • Responsible to assist all band members with their individual monitor mix to the Aviom System. (programming, training, and routing).
  • Available for training seminars and team development.
  • Responsible for producing a monthly calendar and managing the scheduled individuals to      ensure that each required seat is covered for each event.

Media Room:

  • Responsible to ensure that all audio equipment in the media room is functional and maintained.
  • Available for training and team development.

Recording Studio:

  • Assist Pastor Julio as staff engineer on recording projects as needed.
  • Responsible for recording engineering and mixing as needed on all recording projects for      the church.
  • Maintenance of recording equipment.
  • Available for training and team development.


  • Ensure that all services, funerals, weddings, and special events are covered by trained personnel.
  • Oversee maintenance of all audio equipment in the chapel.
  • Available for training and team development.

Youth & Children’s Departments:

  • Assist the Youth Department’s audio teams with system maintenance and team development.
  • Assist the Children’s Department audio/lighting teams with system maintenance and team development

Other Facilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance of all portable audio systems.
  • Responsible to oversee and schedule all set up and tear down of classroom audio  systems.
  • Responsible to oversee and schedule all set up and tear down of any audio equipment that is necessary to complete any scheduled ALFC function.
  • Responsible for set up and tear down of audio equipment used during water baptism service.

70 Volt System:

  • Maintain 70 volt systems on church campus.


  • Maintain accurate EQ & acoustic analysis of all the audio rooms and systems of the facility.



  • This type of work involves standing and walking most of the time and may involve sitting for brief periods.
  • Person performing duties in this position will exert 15 to 30 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Five years experience as an audio director or similar position.
