Job Description:

Impact Church of Keystone is hiring for a Church Administrator. We are a small but growing church that is looking to make this a dynamic year and relaunch the church. If you are a dynamic, self-motivated individual, who has a heart to see God's kingdom grow then this may be the job for you. The person must be highly organized and be able to manage many moving parts. We ask that you visit our website at to get an overview of our ministry and beliefs. Position Summary.
Oversee the general administration of the church.
Facilitate implementation of the churches vision. 
Help develop new programs in keeping with established goals. 
Maximize effectiveness of present programs. 
Assist leadership positions in the Church.
Report directly to the lead Pastor.
Like all Church staff be prepared to do duties that is needed that fall outside of this job description.

General Qualifications.
Proven results in related experience. 
Demonstrated leadership and leader development. 
Understands Impact Church's vision, purpose and direction.
Demonstrated wisdom in decisions, actions & recommendations. 
Evaluates decisions/actions by their overall impact and long-term implications. 
Team developer. 
Experience overseeing a significant budget. 
Relational match with lead pastor and other leaders.
Must be a born again spirit filled believer in Christ.
Must agree with the doctrine of Impact Church.

Job Responsibilities.
I. Oversight of the Administration (business) side of Church.
a) Purchasing & maintaining inventory.
b) Administer contracts (cell tower, etc.)
c) Insure all government requirements are met (Health Dept. Fire Marshall, etc.)
d) Liaison with TECO, Phone/Internet provider, etc. 
e) Ensure all maintenance/cleaning is being taking care of
f) Develop standard operating procedures for all department in cooperation with staff.

II. Organize & oversee "Follow-Up" ministry.
a) Develop Procedures
b) Recruit and train volunteers
c) Oversee 

III. Coordinate & oversee Small Groups
a) Assist in recruiting leaders
b) Assist in training leaders
c) Oversee

IV. Oversee Children's ministry
a) Make sure policies and procedures are in place
b) Recruit and train Volunteers
c) Make sure age appropriate curriculum is being used
d) Make sure teaching material is in line with the doctrine of the Church.

V. Maintain regular office hours to assist in answering questions, phones, emails, overseeing 
volunteers. The work week will be a minimum of 40 hours.

VI. Aid in the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for various ministries of the

High School Diploma
Bachelor Degree(preferred)


Compensation: 20-30k Depending on experience and qualifications. On-site housing may also be available. Three weeks paid vacation.
