The Journey process-
Oversee the systematic implementation of a simple and clear strategic plan to move first time guests (the community) from parking lot to fully alive owners (the committed) of LPCC.
In other words create and oversee a clear, easily accessible pathway to move someone from their first visit right through to integration with existing Christians in Lifegroups or other core LPCC ministries.
Creation and oversight of teams for welcoming first time guests and creating an environment so all feel welcome.
Work closely with the LPCC volunteer placement director concerning moving people along the path to serving.
First time Guests-
Oversee the creation and ongoing implementation of teams to follow up with first time guests. This will include follow up calls, e-mails, letters and inviting them to join a Lifegroup
Oversee and be responsible for all messaging and communications (i.e.: materials, website, weekly announcements, etc.) of the LifeGroup Ministry to the church
Manage and maintain Lifegroup resources. Review requests for new material for
theological consistency, group needs and dynamics.
Communicate with Staff, LifeGroup Coaches and Leaders regularly and weekly (i.e.: in person, phone, and email)
Provide regular and on-going coaching, training, and spiritual---development tools/resources for LifeGroup Leaders and attendees
Plan/Lead monthly and quarterly meetings for LifeGroup Leaders for the purposes of training, encouragement, updates and leadership development
Develop a comprehensive structure and spiritual formation plan that will serve to guide and contribute to a thriving, growing and multiplying LifeGroup ministry at LPCC, where disciples are made and unleashed to lives of ministry
Identify new leaders and co-leaders to start new Lifegroups, Implement and oversee ongoing training for LG leaders
