The Stewardship Pastor is a key leadership position which includes creating, implementing, and teaching workshops and classes to help embed the principles of Biblical financial stewardship into the lives of all Willow Creek members and attenders.
He/she will also lead and develop a world-class team of volunteers who can teach and model the life of a good steward including providing oversight and guidance to the Stewardship Estate Planning Team. In addition, this person will proactively and holistically
cultivate the spiritual gift of giving and a heart of generosity in our congregation. Ministering to those in financial crisis and to those who have abundance, the Stewardship Pastor will encourage biblical ways to participate in kingdom endeavors that best
leverage their season of life, passions, "holy discontent”, calling and resources.
If you are a strong Christian leader who holds an energetic passion for biblical stewardship personally and holistically, and has a joy and skillset for teaching others, then this position may be an excellent role for you.
