Young Adults: Ministry Pastor/Director (Axis)

Are you energized by doing life alongside a community of young adults, ages 18 through mid 20s?

Are you a passionate about investing in the development of the future leaders of the church?


Have you experienced building community through a framework of events and forums where individuals can gather and grow?

The Director of Axis, our young adults ministry, is a key leadership position which includes envisioning, planning, and executing worship/prayer gatherings, workshops, retreats, social functions, and other connection events so that our young adults to have a place to grow in authentic community and form spiritual friendships.  He/she is responsible for developing pathways for new young adults into the church’s weekend service (Sections Communities), small groups, and serving opportunities.  An additional responsibility is spending time with those who are in crisis to those who are thriving in life, providing pastoral guidance, referring and connecting people into the many resources available at Willow.  If your experience and passions align to the needs of this role, please apply directly through the Willow Creek Community Church Site by copying the link into your browser
