Job Description
The Executive Administrator is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the church and working with church members and staff to achieve the church’s mission and vision. Candidates must be self-directed, high-energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a history of success, while at the same time maintaining a humble, collaborative spirit. Applicants must be highly organized, administrative in thinking, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. The Executive Administrator will report directly to the Senior Pastor.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Personnel Management – staff morale, salary reviews, staff scheduling
Properties Management – oversee the management, scheduling, and development of all LCC facilities
Administration – oversee and execute administration of the church through appropriate staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers; ministry coordination

 

Job Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biblical related studies, Masters of Divinity preferred
Committed Christian and regular participant at LCC
5+ years experience as a Senior or Executive Pastor of a 1000-1500 member congregation
Willing to relocate within 15-20 mile radius of the church
Doctrinal and Theological congruence
Knowledge of accounting practices and bookkeeping systems
Familiarity with desktop publishing
Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Quickbooks, email, internet, database management
Prior administrative experience, supervisory and/or office management experience
All candidates are required to undergo a background review
