Job Description:

Are you someone who has a passion for people, specifically serving and valuing of staff by way of human resources?  Do you have 3-5 years of relevant HR generalist experience? Have you received a degree in human resources or equivalent? Are you someone that enjoys collaboration and process, has a constructive attitude and are committed to performing God-honoring excellence in your work and personal life?  


If so, WCA is looking for a process and detail driven part-time team member to seamlessly administer and coordinate various HR functions including HR policies and procedures, health benefits and open enrollment, payroll processing, retirement benefits, staff hiring and transitions, organizational culture communications, staff performance plans and development, and staff events.
