Part Time Youth Ministry Director

With more than 450 attending regularly the leadership team at Calvary is pursuing a creative and enthusiastic youth ministry director to help our families reach and disciple teens for Jesus Christ.
This position requires a vibrant, Christ-like servant leader with excellent administrative, communication and leadership skills with the ability to organize and manage a multi-faceted fast-paced youth ministry. We are also looking for the candidate to have
exceptional relational skills to work with the pastoral team, staff, boards, volunteers and our community.
A strong candidate will be a pastorally-minded strategic thinker who is highly organized. Strength of character as well as a proven track record of exceptional management is highly desired.
