Office Administrator/Pastoral Support

The Office Administrator must demonstrate professional and cordial conduct and good interpersonal skills at all times: whether dealing with pastors, church leaders, church attendees and the public. The Administrator must be able to keep confidential and
sensitive information about anyone with whom he/she interacts.
The Office Administrator should have at least three years of office experience. The Office Administrator must be able to organize and administer the information that comes, and to complete tasks down to the details. Computer skills must be advanced as well
as knowledge of standard software like Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Logos II (training available). The Office Administrator will have regular office hours.
Specific Responsibilities include:
Maintain Office Equipment/Vendors
Administrator Support for Facilities
Majority of Purchasing
Coordinates Office Volunteers
HR Details for Office and Pastoral Staff
This position requires 25-30 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.
