Job Description:

Oasis is looking to hire a full time office manager. 


Office Manager


Job Summary:

Oversee all the day-to-day management of the church office.


Specific Tasks:


1. Finance


  • Oversee all staff and ministry budgets
  • Manage Quickbooks and Bill pay
  • Manage Payroll and Insurance
  • Produce reports for Elders and Leadership Teams
  • Counting and processing of weekly offerings


2. Kidztown After School


  • Be the day time staff liaison for Kidztown After School
  • Manage the After School budget and finances


3. Office


  • Oversee office staff/volunteers
  • Manage Building Use and Facility Maintenance
  • Come along side staff to create and improve systems
  • Lead various church wide events
  • Management of office equipment and supplies
  • Manage annual giving reports
  • Expert on the Church Community Builder database
  • Be the hub for communication between staff
  • Any print or web communication as needed (weekly handout, enewsletter, special projects)
  • Oversee all aspects of HR (update employee files, new hire orientation, insurance and payroll paperwork)
  • Any additional support as needed by the Lead Pastor


Quarterly Goals: TBD at time of hire


Reports to: Drew Powell (Lead Pastor)


Estimated Annual Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00


Benefits: Health Insurance/Dental Insurance (paid in full by the employer)

-       Able to recruit, manage, and delegate tasks to volunteers

-       Proficiency and experience in Excel, Word, and Quickbooks

-       Ideally some knowledge of ProPresenter, Planning Center, and Church Community Builder

-       Passion for Biblical stewardship

-       Strong in organization skills

-      Ability to create and manage budgets
