Job Description:
NorthRidge Church is a forward thinking ministry with 14,000 weekend attenders, where people regularly come to Christ. We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Small Groups who will lead, build, and develop a Small Group region of over 1000+ people.


Our Small Groups movement is a rapidly growing initiative with over 4,000+ adults in groups and a vision to see thousands more pursue God in community in the next few years. The qualified candidate will have proven leadership skills, 5 years of leadership experience in a large church environment, and a Masters degree or close equivalent are pre-requisites. We are looking for a self-starter and creative thinker who loves “team environment” and is looking for an opportunity to stretch and grow. In addition, expertise in leadership training and leveraging technology based platforms for training and curriculum development is essential. (This is not a pastoral position.)
