To manage the physical plant of Valley Community Church in Pleasanton, California:
Track maintenance needs and actions
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
Coordinate with Church Administrator regarding facility usage issues
Maintain the security plan for the facility
Lead workday projects
Work experience/skills requirements:
Basic hands-on working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Competent computer skills (particularly Excel)
Good people skills
Good communications skills
