Job Description:

We are looking for an individual full of compassion and creativity to work primarily with our children as the point person for our program of spiritual formation. We have a healthy Sunday School and children's program in place and this staff person will help to support these ministries through training, coordinating, recruiting, and resourcing a large team of unpaid servants from our church community who serve as teachers, program leaders, and event coordinators. We are known in the community for our Vacation Bible School (which serves 300 children annually) and as a church that welcomes and invites children, youth, and adults into authentic faith in caring ways. This person must be a consummate team player who genuinely enjoys working with others (two pastors, youth pastor, music director, office staff) to help shape the whole ministry of the church. The final portfolio of responsibilities will be adapted to fit the right person that we find for the position and not the other way around. Contact Rev. Ron Foster with your resumes and questions at ron@washmorefeet.org.
