CFAN is seeking a full time pastor to shepherd an EM consisting of married and single adults, college students, and youth group members. We seek a pastor who will inspire and encourage our congregation through biblical living, preaching, teaching, and discipleship. The EM pastor will work closely with CFAN's part-time Youth Pastor in ministering to our youth group students and will also be expected to work with the KM's pastoral team.

Church Information:
The Church for All Nations (CFAN) is a two year old Korean-American church seeking to equip disciples to reach the world. CFAN has a strong missions focus and ministers to Korean-speaking congregation (KM) as well as a young English-speaking congregation (EM). Sunday service attendance averages 200 for the KM; and 60-70 for the EM. CFAN is currently non-denominational although there is a possibility that we might join the PCA in the future.

Major Responsibilities:
-Preach the Word during Sunday service
-Provide leadership for and build up EM lay leaders and small group ministry
-Pray for the church and steer vision of the EM

Candidate must be fluent in English and have previous EM pastoral experience. Applicants who are ordained, have received their M Div. degrees and have previous experience in a Korean-American church are preferred. Ability to speak Korean is a plus.

Salary and Benefits
$50,000/yr (no housing)
