Job Description:

The Oasis is located in Farmington, NM in the northwest corner of New Mexico, 45 miles south of Durango, Colorado.  We have a contemporary worship style and are a church focused on reaching un-churched and de-churched individuals and families.  31% of our congregation has come to faith in Christ at our church with 40% not having attended church in the 5 years previous to coming to The Oasis.  We have two campuses with an average attendance of 450 at our primary campus and 65 at our second campus located about 15 miles away.


Job description includes overseeing the worship ministry of the church.  Working with the creative team in preparation for the weekend services.  Recruit and train worship singers and musicians.  Oversee production of multi-media.  Oversee and coordinate the operation of the sound system, video system, and lighting.  Our services are livestreamed through our website at www.theoasis.us


Ability to play an instrument (keyboards or guitar preferred).  


Preferred to have a working knowledge of the following software:   Protools HD; Adobe(Premier Pro, Audition, After Effects); D-show (software for Avid Venue digital audio mixer); Propresenter; Planning Center On Line.  


Knowledge of DMX lighting, Avid Venue Digital Console, Aviom personal mixers and JBL VRX900 series array is also helpful.


Helpful if musical preferences include: Hillsong United; Jesus Culture; Fellowship Church; Gateway Church; New Life Worship, etc.
