General Overview

We are an Anglican church seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to help realize our potential. The successful candidate will complement the gifts of our Lead Pastor and will build upon the work of our previous staff to further execute our vision: becoming a people who pursue and share life beyond belief as indigenous missionaries living in the Lake Norman, North Carolina area.       


  • Excited to embrace the Anglican Way
  • Seminary degree and previous church staff service, ideal but not necessary

Spiritual Gifts

  • Leadership
  • Administration
  • Teaching

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Pastor in managing the systems and programs of the church
  • Develop & oversee leaders & resources to run a fruitful Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, & Alpha
  • Develop and oversee internal and external communications
  • Preach (and ideally celebrate Communion) rotationally
