This Children's Minister is a servant leader that displays the clear ability to communicate vision and provide strong management and mentoring skills for developing and leading staff. This leader is a teacher, mentor, a team builder and a compassionate
As the Children's Minister, you must be an exceptional listener and communicator with strong verbal and written skills. You will be the principle liaison between the church, the
BeachKids staff and the children's families, and a visible presence on campus.
Your responsibilities will include: leading the BeachKids staff and volunteer teams, volunteeer recruitment and coaching, curriculum research and development, development of special children's events, budget preparation and oversight, facilities assessment
and utilization, and compliance with all local and state laws and security mandates as they relate to children's facilities.
Additionally, you will be a part of our greater BEACH Church staff where you will participate in an environment of honesty, passion for the Lord and the ministry to which you have been called, teamwork, and accountability. You are expected to
put your family first and maintain your heart for God's work in a fun-loving staff environment that is dedicated to team-based ministry.
