SeaCoast Grace Church is a church that strives to make a difference in our world by introducing people to Jesus and his teachings at whatever point we find them on their spiritual journey. It is a 20 year old church that has grown stronger and deeper as it walks through years of changes and is a church rooted in family and culture.  The weekend services are evident of musical and creative excellence and a desire to bring adults to a place of worship and learning.


SCGKids is a high paced, high energy ministry to kids birth to 5th grade. The kids ministry sees around 400 kids on the weekend and is primed for growth as we are currently planning and building a children’s ministry facility.  This position answers to and supports the Children’s Pastor.  Operations/Associate Children's Ministry Director, the working title, will be a position that we would like to be strong in the area of recruiting and managing people. The primary roles will include people, lots of people: staff, volunteers, front door ministry and big events. 


The majority of our families are young in their faith.  They carry a desire to learn and grow themselves, yet they have little or no experience training or teaching their children about faith.  We are on a journey to partner with and equip parents to spiritually lead in their home.


The perfect candidate needs to have a calling in Children’s ministry.  Some strengths that would be necessary: relational and approachable with people, large event planning, people management skills, organized, team player and the ability to grasp and move vision forward. We would like to see three years experience in a church setting overseeing an area of children’s (volunteer or staff).
