BridgeWay Community Church
Job Description:

BridgeWay Community Church in Fishers, IN is looking for an Elementary Director.

BridgeWay was launched twelve years ago in Hamilton County, a rapidly growing community northeast of Indianapolis - rated the  #1 city in America for families in 2011. The demographics of both our church and community stress the spiritual and strategic significance of a thriving Children's Ministry. We're looking for a proven leader who can take an existing structure and move it to the next level of excitement and effectiveness. We need a point leader who can create compelling environments where adult volunteer leaders disciple elementary children kindergarten through 4th grade.

The right leader for this job will bring energy and excitement to the Sunday morning environment and have experience (either paid or volunteer) in Children's Ministry and a track record of solid leadership. A college degree is preferred, but not required. If you're going to work with us, however, a sense of humor is definitely required.

This is a part time (25 hour per week) position and will work under the supervision of our Children's Pastor.
