Keystone Fellowship @ Ft. Washington is seeking a full-time Pastor of Children's Ministries (birth-5th grade). Keystone Fellowship is a multi-site church of over 1200 people at soon-to-be 3 campuses in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia (Ft. Washington
is the new site being planted by January 2014).
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in full-time ministry, having demonstrated success in developing and growing a ministry with children and parents. We seek someone who has a passion for instilling a love for God in our youngest
ones and preparing the soil for future growth as these kids mature physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The Children’s Pastor should be skilled at leading, teaching, developing, and equipping an adult volunteer team, casting big-picture vision
for the ministry (and keeping that vision tied into the vision of the church as a whole), planning, and preparing the children to enter into the Middle School and High School ministries. We are looking for someone who has a deep and passionate walk with Christ,
who is teachable, a team player, and likes to have fun! This person will also fill the pulpit from time to time, so an interest and ability to preach to the congregation is critical. Also, it is important to know that we are intentionally trying
not to be an attractional or program-driven church. If you are wired for tons of programs, you will be frustrated here.
If you think you might be a good fit for us, tell us why. Email your resume and teaching sample (audio or video) to email@example.com. Feel free to send anything else that might be helpful in us getting to know you and making our decision.
