Job Description:

We're currently looking for a full-time Associate Pastor for our campus in Monroe Wisconsin.  The primary responsibilities for this role include leading all aspects of our student ministries (which includes assisting the campus pastor with overseeing our Children (Kidzlink) to ensure a smooth transition of elementary ‘graduates’ into student ministries); and to assist the campus pastor with pastoral care and with overseeing the technical production of our weekend worship services.  



  • Must be a Spirit-filled Christian who exhibits a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by a life of obedience and example
  • Acquainted and familiar with the developmental, social and spiritual needs of teens and young adults
  • Ministry degree or credentials from an accredited Christian college or Bible School
  • Two years’ experience as a Children’s or Youth Pastor
  • Able to lead, teach, mentor, disciple and motivate teens and young adults
  • Outstanding creative and communication skills
  • Worship leading skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with graphics and video software, camera, lighting and sound technology
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing or competing priorities; a can-do attitude
  • Cooperative team player and team builder is essential to success in this role
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
  • Continually seeking new ways to grow personally and professionally




Student Ministry Pastor

  • Lead all aspects of our student ministries (CRAVE) in coordination and cooperation with the CRAVE Central Support Staff (worship, teaching, tech, administrative, 1st Impressions, etc.)
  • Develop a plan to ensure a smooth transition of elementary ‘graduates’ into student ministries.
  • Create an atmosphere where students can encounter Christ, grow spiritually, and evangelize the lost
  • Recruit and develop adult and student leaders for small groups, activities, & events
  • Develop personal relationships with students, parents, and leaders


Tech / Video / Graphics

  • Build, supervise and support weekend production team including graphics, audio and video recording and editing


Assist Campus Pastor in

  • Communication with congregation and ministry leaders
  • Leadership Development and training leaders
  • Pastoral Care - especially for families in our Children (Kidzlink) and youth (CRAVE) ministries
  • Moderating weekend services in Campus Pastor’s absence; including occasional preaching in weekend service(s)
