Job Description:
Youth Pastor for Baku International Fellowship – Baku, Azerbaijan

Baku International Fellowship, an English-language multi-denominational congregation of 250+, with youth ministries serving 40+ students from a dozen nationalities, seeks youth pastor. Responsibilities include: Planning and directing weekly gatherings and small groups for middle and high school youth that feature life-changing Bible study and worship. 2) Organizing special events such as retreats, service projects and recreation. 3) Build mentoring relationships with Christian youth and redemptive relationships with non-believing youth. 4) Provide support and counseling to youth and parents. 5) Recruit and mobilize a team of adult volunteers to share in this ministry.

Desired qualifications: 1) Passion to serve Christ by leading youth ministry. 2) Desire to serve in a international church. 3) Minimum of 2 years experience in youth ministries. 4) Cultural sensitivity (international or cross-cultural experience preferred).
