Job Description:

The Level I IT Help Desk Technician at Victory Worship Center is responsible for first tier IT support in an office environment, troubleshooting basic computer and phone issues as well as taking inventory of workstations and subsequent parts. The IT Help Desk Technician should have experience working with both Mac and PCs.

Specific Responsibilities include

  1. Work alongside Staff, Vendors, and Volunteers to maintain a healthy technological infrastructure.
  2. Support office staff in repair and maintenance of computer, phone, and network and non-network printer systems.
  3. Expert knowledge Microsoft Outlook
  4. Responsible for acquisition of equipment for new hires, along with responsible for giving new personnel access to computers, printers, phone, email, and mobile communications as needed.
  5. Manage/evaluate vendor relationships as necessary, including: ISP, Network Maintenance, software licensing, phone and internet services.
  6. Act as Liaison with current vendors including website developers.
