Johns Creek United Methodist Church, a vibrant 4,200-member (and growing) congregation in north-suburban Atlanta, seeks elite-level Church Administrator for very rare opening. Working in close collaboration with — and in support of — appointed clergy and
lay leadership, this demanding full-time position requires a proven, energetic, strategic thinker/planner who can provide exceptional leadership and oversight to the areas of finance, facilities, office staff and other day-to-day administrative functions of
the church, all in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
In addition to being a personable, operationally oriented people manager with impeccable ethics and strong moral character, the ideal candidate also will have rock-solid financial acumen (including a keen understanding of GAAP), fluency with fiduciary audits,
and consistently successful experience forecasting, developing, managing and analyzing annual budgets in excess of $2.0 million (plus related income statements, balance sheets and giving trends).
