Cibolo Creek Community Church, a non-denominational church of 500+, near San Antonio Texas, is looking for a full-time Student Ministries Pastor.  Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of ministry experience with a proven track record for leading a vibrant student ministry in a local church.  We are looking for the person who loves students, and has a passion for helping them become fully devoted followers of Christ.  Candidate must have the ability to lead, not just the capacity to “do”. 


They must be able to identify, recruit, train and empower people (students and adults) to reach students for Christ.  We are not looking for someone who is comfortable in a traditional church atmosphere.  This is a church for the unchurched.  Candidate must be a gifted speaker and teacher, a capable leader, a strategic thinker, a collaborative teammate and a creative individual, who is able to develop the right environment for spiritual growth.  We offer competitive salaries and benefits.  Submit resumes to tmaisano@cibolocreek.com.
