The HR Manager reports to the Executive Director of Operations and acts as an advisor in strategic initiatives, program design and development, change management, and human resource procedures.
Minimum qualifications include:
- 4 year degree in Business/HR or similar degree required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of prograssive management experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered.
- PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
